Description:
Mold silicone rubber is a two-component silicone rubber at room temperature (RTV).        Component A contains the crosslinking agent and Component B contains the catalyst.        Vulcanization occurs at room temperature to form a flexible and elastic colloid.

Nature:
Good chemical stability, non-toxic and non-corrosive.
Good fluidity and automatic mold filling.
Controllable vulcanization speed at room temperature; easy to operate.
Good demouldability.
Strong simulation and realistic detail reproduction.
Fast mold making; molds can be produced within 20 hours.

Operation Method:
Mix silicone (A) and curing agent (B) evenly. Example: 100g silicone + 2-3g curing agent.
Vacuum treatment: Remove bubbles after mixing within 10 minutes.
Brush/Paint process: Apply silicone evenly on the product. Reinforce with gauze if needed.
Outer mold making: Use rubber sheets, wood, or fiberglass with resin.
Pouring method: Suitable for smooth/simple products. Use soft silicone for easier demolding.

Use:
Suitable for slicing brush molds, cement products, cultural stones, sandstone reliefs, resin crafts, tire molds, and more.

Instructions:
Read the user guide before starting. Use in a ventilated area and wear protective gear.        Store at room temperature (23°C). Premix Parts A and B thoroughly.        Avoid contamination that may inhibit curing. Apply release agent if necessary.        Mix, vacuum, pour, and cure properly. Maintain molds by cleaning and storing on a level surface in a cool, dry place.
